Academic session of the Institution starts in the month of July. The candidates desirous of seeking admission should read the prospectus carefully before filling up the Application Form. Admission is given strictly on merit and in accordance with the rules determined by the State Government as well as the Lucknow University.

In admission 21, 2 and 27 percent seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Castes respectively as per the Orders/Rules issued/framed from time to time by the U.P. Government and the Lucknow University. In order to get benefit of reservation in admission the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Castes shall submit attested copy of the Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority-Tehsildar. The candidates belonging to the categories of disabled persons and freedom fighters will get the benefit of 2 percent horizontal reservation. The candidates having N.C.C. certificate or a certificate of participation in Games and Sports at National level will get weightage as per rules.

Documents Required -
The candidates desirous of seeking admission to B.A./B.Com/B.Sc. Part I will have to submit the following documents with their Application Forms :-
1. An attested photocopy of Mark-sheet of High School Examination or equivalent.
2.  An attested photocopy of Mark-sheet of 10+2/Intermediate Examination.
3.  Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended in original along with a photocopy of Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate.
4.  If the candidate has passed last examination as a private candidate, she shall submit a Character Certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer and along with Character Certificate and Transfer Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended by her as a regular candidate in original as well as photocopies of the same and also a Centre Certificate.
5.  The candidate who had interruption in her study during the previous years shall submit a Character Certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer as well as an affidavit stating therein that she has not studied anywhere as a regular student during the last years.
6.  The candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/ other Backward castes/Freedom fighters/disabled armyman/ handicapped/ N.C.C./Certificate of participation in Games and Sports at the State or national level categories shall submit a certificate from the competent authority.
7.  The Admission Form should be duly signed by the guardian failing which the candidate will  not be considered for admission.
8.  A photocopy of Income Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/employer in case total income of guardian of the candidate from all sources does not exceed Rs.100,000/-.
9.  A photocopy of the document showing address such as voter identity card/ration card/driving license/telephone bill/electricity bill etc.
